Congratulations to Nelson Villanueva-Martinez

New Opportunities Inc. is proud to celebrate Nelson-Villanueva-Martinez, Director of our Foster Grandparent Program, who was honored as part of the Connecticut Afro/Latin 30 under 30!

Nelson's journey with New Opportunities has been remarkable. Starting as an intern nearly 10 years ago, Nelson was hired to work for the CARES program where he served for 9 years. Last year he was hired as the Director of the Foster Grandparent program. Nelson's leadership and dedication continue to inspire us every day.

We are thrilled to see Nelson recognized among so many talented young professionals making a difference to Waterbury and to Connecticut. His commitment to the communities we serve and to our agency's mission are inspirational.
