Case Management

SSBG Case Management Services are Services or activities that help individuals and families meet their needs. All services are free. These services are available to anyone who May need them that meets income eligibility requirements. A case manager will check your program eligibility during your first meeting, and will always refer you to someone that can help if it turns out another program would be a better fit.

Family Development Centers provide a “no wrong door” approach to customer service and case management. Case Managers provide comprehensive intake, assessment, and follow up services designed to track customer progress and assist customers in moving towards self-sufficiency.

Customers are also linked to appropriate community resources through information and referral services, which include application assistance for DSS assistance programs, State programs such as SNAP, medical and TANF.
