CT Rapid Re-Housing -Domestic Violence

This program is designed to reduce homelessness specifically among domestic violence and human trafficking survivors.

NOI Housing Specialists work with the individuals/families to enhance survivor access to housing resources while providing the necessary ongoing trauma-informed, survivor-centered support services. The goal is to assist these individuals to achieve financial and housing stability as well as overcoming any additional barriers to self-sufficiency.
