CARES (Center for Advanced Rehabilitative Employment Services)

In partnership with the Department of Aging and Disability Services (ADS), CARES offers services to residents in the following geographical regions; Northern Region Central, Southern Region – Central, Western Region – NW, and Western Region – South.

After undergoing an occupational skills evaluation, interview preparedness preparation, and defining a skills development path, the program matches unemployed workers with barriers to employment with regional employers to gain real-world work experience.

LEVEL up

CARES Youth employment candidates work for either 8-weeks or 12-weeks, depending on whether students are enrolled in high school or if it is during the summer school break.
