As repair work continues on the water main break in Waterbury, we will be CLOSING our Waterbury offices (the Muriel H Moore Child Development Center at 444 N. Main Street AND the James H. Gatling Human Services Center at 232 N. Elm Street) on MONDAY December 15, 2025.
